Hi! So I recently got married and I am a us born citizen but because of corona I have no job and also I am 5 months pregnant so my options are limited for job hunting. I am on UI benefits. My husband is on an F-1 student visa but we would like to continue with a greencard so he can stay here after graduation and raise our child. My parents don’t want to be a sponsor so I don’t know what to do.
His income comes from his parents.
Can we still file for a greencard if I have no income? Can we use his parents income (they are in China) to file for a greencard? Help!
