My wife and I were finishing up her green card application when the July 29 injunction came out. Our lawyer recommended we follow the USCIS guidance and not include the public charge document (which we spent months gathering). We sent it out yesterday 8/11/20 via UPS. Today there was a ruling limiting the injunction to 3 states (which we don't live in). Are we okay? The UPS package isn't due to arrive until 8/14/20
