Recently married my fiance who was visiting on an ESTA, what forms are needed to do adjustment of status?
So, I've been through this sub a few times, done several google searches and still am unsure of all the necessary forms. I have spoken to an attorney and know this is the correct course of action, but I don't have thousands of dollars to pay an attorney right now to handle the case. I have been through the visajourney guide that has been posted, and while I have found some forms, I know there are more. Does anyone have a breakdown of exactly what is needed to file? Hopefully this doesn't get removed, not looking for legal advice necessarily, just form numbers or guides. Thanks all!
