My stem OPT application is pending. My cap exempt H1B application is also pending (Start date is January). Today I found that most OPT applications around my case number got approved except mine.

I am really worried and depressed after seeing this. I feel there is some problem with my application that is why this happened. I have not received any update yet of RFE or denial. I wanted to ask a question just as peace of mind :

If my stem opt application is rejected can I stay legally in the US until by h1b COS is approved?
If my h1B is put into premium processing will this help in any way?
What are the best possible options for me right now (other than waiting ofcourse)?
