Most uncommon ways to get a green card

I got bored with checking news about biometrics, interviews and timelines, so I went down the rabbit hole of trying to find the most uncommon ways in which a green card can be granted.

Here's the best I could do ...

Public Law 110: Central Intelligence Agency Act of 1949

Sec 8: Whenever the director, the attorney general and the commissioner of immigration shall determine that the entry of an alien into the united states for permanent residence is in the interest of national security, such alien and his immediate family shall be given entry into the United States for permanent residence without regard to their inadmissibility under the immigration or any other laws or regulations ....

Any more obscure ways of getting a green card that you know of?

Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
