Job Transfer very close to status expiry

Asking again with additional info and clarity -

I am planning to do a job transfer (H1B transfer) very close to i94 expiry. The new employer will file the H1B transfer before the current i94 has expired.

I don't want to join the new employer before the transfer is actually approved by USCIS. I am not in any grace period and H1B Extension from current employer is also in progress.

Can I join the new employer after the transfer is approved and the current i94 has expired? Does the concept of Bridge petition apply here? .
