H1b grace period and H4

Hello, I have a quick question.

If H1b transfer has been filed during its grace period and approved, will h4’s i94 remain valid until expiry?

Or since h1b terminated, h4 is no longer valid therefore out of status? If this is the case, any action is required to reinstate?

FYI, H4 tied to former employer’s i797 is valid for 15 months.
