F-1 renewal while H-1B application is pending.

Hi,

My F-1 visa expired while I was stuck outside of the US, though my stem OPT is valid until Jan 2021. I have been working remotely the entire time and my H-1B application is pending too.

What are my chances of getting F-1 renewed for the remaining stem OPT while my H-1B is still pending?
