Does USCIS accept Docusign digital signature for the Forms(for me OPT application) due to pandemic?

Does USCIS accept Docusign digital signature for the Forms(for me OPT application) due to pandemic? The flexibility announcement says they accept electronically reproduced signatures and I am not sure if docusign is considered one?
