Hello everyone! I have a question on behalf my friend who came here on an F1 visa in September 2018, got married to a US Citizen in Oct 2019 and filed for AOS a month after that.
She had always maintained her F1 visa, completed her degree. The only catch is that she worked without authorization for less than 50 hours but had never got caught. In light of unauthorized employment being generally forgiven to spouses of USCs, does the timing of that violation (within 90 days of entry to the US) cause her to be inadmissible (due to the presumption of misrepresentation)?
