I received an RFE asking for the birth certificates and one passport style photo of both my spouse and I. The RFE notice does not mention anything about responding to the RFE through the online system (myuscis). If I go on my account however, there is an option to respond to the RFE by uploading documents so I am not sure if I can upload everything there including scanned passport-style photos? I originally submitted my I-130 packet by mail so I am not sure if that makes a difference.
