L1A renewal received (before EO), waiting for my wife's L2 renewal - will it be affected by the EO?

As the title states, about a week before the latest EO I received my L1A renewal for a further 2 years. My wife has a pending L2 renewal (I-539) and an EAD renewal currently in progress. Will the EO impact her renewal now?
