I need your advice on this!
My husband's H1b will be terminated next month, and he is going to apply for new h1b (transfer) with new employer next month as well. We are going to apply for premium process, but not sure how long it would take. In this case, Do I need to file i539 together?
If I don't file it, am I going to be out of status right after termination date? Or I will be in grace period?
