Which office has a faster processing time?

Hi all. I filled for 2 I-130(wife is here, also filled I-485, and the other I-130 is for my mother) in NYC.

Me and my wife thinking to move to DC or DMV area. My question is. Does DC have a faster processing time (obviously we gonna change the address) or Fairfax County has a faster processing time?

Has anyone filled above forms from one of of the above places?

I assume it is much faster than NYC?
