Hi all
I was on an F1 program from 2016-2019, when I relinquished my SEVIS record, came back to India and applied fresh for a doctoral program and got accepted. My old visa expires in June.
I am aware that waivers are possible only for renewals, especially when applying with the same I-20. I am also not a transfer.
But in light of Covid delays and uncertainities, are there any possibilities I could look at to expedite the visa issuance?
