Petitioner filed the I-130 online back in Jan 2020 and with the receipt notice I filed for AOS based on marriage to US citizen. I was a b1/b2 holder. Biometrics taken one day before USCIS application centers closure. RFE sent to me and responded quickly, now case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. On May 28th, I-130 is approved, but sent to State Department. How come? Am I in trouble? Do I have to go back to my home country? The petitioner clearly mentioned that I was going to adjust status here instead of consular processing in the I-130 petition. I-130 was being processed at Nebraska and AOS at NBC.
