On the CAEC website, it says that you need either the Tax Return OR the transcript, however the attorney I hired says that I need to submit both. He said that they are going to ask for the transcript down the line and if I don't have it, it's going to draw the process out 2-3 months.
Thoughts? Does anyone have experience with this?
