Visiting US while K1/CR1 visa is pending

Is this possible?

Background: - I’m a US citizen, active military - Moving from Germany to Texas in January 2022 - Engaged to a German citizen - Submitted K1 petition (I-129F) in July 2021.

1) We want to visit the US in November 2021 for 2 weeks if EU -to- US Travel is open again. Will they allow it since she doesn’t have the K1 visa approved yet?

2) Contemplating if we should cancel the K1 and apply for a CR1. She doesn’t want to be unemployed 6-8 months while waiting for an EAD/work permit after arriving to the US. We also want to come back to Germany October 2022 for her mom’s 70th birthday. Perhaps we do the CR1 and have to be separated for all of 2022 (due to processing timelines).

At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
