Conditional Residency

My wife and I have lived together for five years, married on Feb 2020. We have two kids and expecting another one. We have our interview scheduled for November.

Since we are under the two year requirement does this mean the residency will be conditional. What are the chances that she can get permanent residency granted? Does living together prior to marriage help us at all?
