ADVICE NEEDED! F1 OPT Job starts at 90 unemployment day

The start date of my job got pushed one week and therefore it literally starts on the 90th day of the unemployment. I would like to avoid this situation but I only have one week. What else can I do if I can not find any volunteer opportunities to fill employment?
