hi folks, I am a USC and my gf is a Canadian citizen. We have known each other for over 3 years now and have met several times. She works in the healthcare sector and is unable to travel too frequently and I am unable to travel too frequently since I am taking care of my ailing father. All our trips are usually decided in the last minute and it is not easy to just get married. I was going to tell her about Utah county's online zoom wedding which (to my knowledge) is perfectly legal. Does anyone know if that's an ok scenario if I wanted to apply cr1 for my gf?
