My spouse is currently a student under the F1 visa program here. We are filing for an adjustment of status (i130, 465, 765 131). Would she be legally able to work under her OPT after she graduates even while waiting for the processing of her i765? She graduates this Spring and we wouldn't want obviously any delay on her started a job.
