K1 applicant had med exam in home country, still needs vaccinations.

Hi there,

My fiancé entered on a K1 and was required to take a medical exam before she was interviewed, but she chose not to take her required vaccinations at that time. She then received a paper saying she had to get a few vaccinations here in the US before adjusting her status.

Will she need to get another medical exam done, or does she just need the vaccinations? Also, she had her first COVID vaccine in her home country and had her second shot here. Will we run into issues for this? Thanks in advance!
