Hi Guys! I am new to reddit and in dire need of some help.
I applied for change of status to student visa on August 10, 2020. It took almost a year to get my biometrics scheduled, but I got it done in July 2021. I was very excited to after my Biometrics was taken to start my studies in September but I haven't heard from USCIS since. It has been almost 14 months since I have applied for change of status. I am losing hope now. I tried calling USCIS but cannot get past their automated voice. I tried looking up if they offer premium processing but they don't for i-539. It is getting frustrating now.
I will appreciate any advice.
