I have a TN-Visa and I asked my company to start the Greencard process. From my understanding they will first do the PERM labor certification then file the 2 petitions stated above. My question is what reasons could immigration give to reject my petitions? What are the usual reasons they give for rejection? Also bonus question, does the amount of time I worked at the same company help in the process? Or will it hurt my chances if I change companies and then apply for the greencard after a month with the new company?
