O1 visa advice

Currently in the planning of working in the US as a tattoo artist. I've already passed the requirements and spoke to an attorney last year but due to the Covid hitting around the time I was about to submit my requirements and pay the attorney i had to cancel everything. I am now in the talks again with my petitioner (shop owner who wants to hire me) and i was wondering if i should hire an attorney or have my petitioner submit to USCIS instead? What would be a better option for me as I do like to save a bit of money as i have to migrate (housing etc) but if the higher chance of getting approved i wouldnt mind paying extra. Are O1 visas approval rate good at the moment or should I wait? If anyone has advice it would be greatly appreciated!

More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
