Finally the date has arrived where I can see something good today.

"New Card Being Produced" for both me and my wife.

EB3 employment based GC approved today.

Time line

11/20/2020 - We accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. Our National Benefits Center location is working on your case.

03/26/2021 - The fingerprints relating to your Form I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, were taken.

04/05/2021 - We sent a request for initial evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.

04/27/2021 - We received your response for Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.

09/08/2021 - New Card Being Produced

Receipt number : MSC21903XXXXX

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee!
