Need advice on adventurous career progression

Hi all!

I am a 28 y/o experienced Data Scientist from a Central Asian country. I want to take a step forward in my career, and I would really like to ask for advice from this community.

I am considering getting a cheap (under $12k) STEM Master's degree either in San Francisco, Atlanta, or Austin offline because these cities are, probably, top Tech cities in the US at the moment. This will give me an opportunity to stay for 36 months in the US for a job (STEM OPT Extension).

At the same time, I want to finish Top affordable online Master's like GA Tech online or Austin online to have a good affordable degree.

Regarding my professional level - I think that I am somewhere in the middle. I can do a lot of different things. I know how to do Machine Learning, Business Intelligence, easy-mid Data Engineering stuff, etc. But I still need to improve on algorithms, cloud machine learning, and all that advanced technologies. As my potential program starts next Fall, I still have one year before my program starts and one year at a university to improve my skills.

So, in two years from now, I want to get a job in the United States because:

  1. Data Science market in Central Asia is not that developed. We do not have a lot of opportunities to grow
  2. Salaries in Central Asia are very very low. $36k per year is, in most cases, a maximum you can make being a super experienced advanced professional who works for a local firm. My current salary is much less than this.

I cannot afford a good program, unfortunately, even if I get into a program. I can spend a maximum of about $30-40k (mostly loan + all of my savings) both for living and education. I know that I can work part-time, but not sure if I can handle both the job and education, so I would prefer to focus on my education for one year. I should say that I consider a cheap STEM degree just as a ticket, not as something I can learn from (but please do not judge :).

Could you please help me to answer the following questions:

  1. If I graduate from a cheap university offline, and if I will have a good online degree, certifications (Google Cloud, AWS), and experience, what do you think - is it feasible to get a good job in the US? I have some concerns that I will be 30 y/o.
  2. Could you please advise some cheap universities in mentioned cities (San Fransico, Austin, Atlanta)?
  3. Or is it better to get just one offline degree from a bit more expensive ($20-30k) university?

Many many thanks!

N-400 form {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} message

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
