My last employer has reached out to me for an open position in a software dev role. They had my I-140 approved when I left the company 3yrs ago.
As of now my EB3 priority dates are current. With my current employer, they have LC/Perm in progress. Expecting approval in 2-3 months.
While my old employer might be able to use their existing I-140 to file I-485. Paycheck not being a concern, is it worth switching back given that my country of birth is India, and its the slowest moving queue with employment based GCs?
