Help!! Finally Petitioning for my MOM!

Hello! I am a US citizen, turned 21 in May 2021. I am petitioning for my moms (finally!) permanent resident card; the thing is that I am doing this myself. I have began the application; she over stayed her visa (b1/b2 BCC). I am unsure, though, of what information to include on form I-130 where it asks for "passport number" and "travel document number". We have her Mexican passport book, which she applied for at a Mexican consulate where we live in TX. We also have the USA B1/B2 VISA/BCC but I have not been able to identify/confirm which is the "document number" on said VISA. FYI the VISA she has was issued to her back in 2001, it is not the current BCC. Does anyone know and would you be kind enough to give me any information on this? I have called many, many immigration attorneys, as well as "pro bono/free" legal aids here but they all either want to charge a very high fee for reviewing the application or they want to take on the case completely in order to "help". There are a lot of things that factor into why we can't afford to pay the fees for an attorney, and we do not want to have the fees waived by USCIS because we feel that it is not a good look on the application so we will be paying those. Anyhow, thank you in advanced to anyone that may be able to give any useful information, we appreciate it greatly!

N-400 form {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} message

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
