Getting H4 as a Canadian

I'm a Canadian. Recently got married to an H1b holder. I am currently on visitor entry in US when i flew in. Does anyone has experience of getting H4 on US-Canada border? What documents should i carry besides her valid I797 and our marriage certificate?
