My husband is a U.S. citizen over 21 and would like to sponsor his Brazilian parents for their green cards. We filed the I-130 for both of his parents online, but there isn't an option to file the Affidavit of Support I-864 online. Has anyone recently gone through this process and did you upload those documents as unsolicited evidence under the I-130, do we mail it, or does that come later?
We have attached the following documents:
-petitioner birth certificate with English translation
-petitioner proof of citizenship-US passport and certificate of naturalization
-the marriage certificate of parents with English translation
-passport and visa copies of both parents
-I-94 for both parents
At one point do his parents need to undergo the medical examination?
Do we also need to submit the biographical information (I-G325) for both my husband (petitioner) and each of his parents? Anything else we are missing? If anyone has recently undergone the process, what was your timeline?
