Experience passport delivery times US embassy Bucharest

Hi all,

Last Thursday I had a visa approved at the US Embassy in Bucharest.
Since Friday, our passport tracking status has been " Passport has been received from the consular section, and is currently being processed for delivery "

Due to the nature of the message, it would seem that this status should not last for 3 days. Furthermore the passport should be held for pickup at their priority FedEx location.

I was wondering if any of you would have experience on this, as we are traveling very soon.

I contacted the embassy but only got a generic answer and to contact FedEx, which is not really possible (only a general number/email for all of FedEx Romania, neither of which were responsive).
