Denied with just 2 questions

This agent in my interview asked me for my F1 studies and if I’m capable of funding myself which i am 100% with a bank statement but yet still rejected me and it was my birthday as well, i hope she rejected me on good merits but she seemed rushed and definitely didn’t give me a chance, its hard as this was a opportunity to learn and gain something for my future,

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee!
