I am looking to immigrate to the USA with a TN visa. I qualify for the TN professions but my wife who is a marketing manager does not. As far as I can tell, she can come with me but is not allowed to work. I can't seem to find an applicable visa for her?
Does anyone have tips to overcome this? I'm pretty keen on my offer but I don't want to tank my wife's career ambitions...
