I am an Indian citizen and currently planning to apply abroad for a master's degree in the US. My younger brother is a US citizen and I was wondering at what age can he start the process of sponsoring me for a permanent residence. Does he have to be a major(18 years old)? I understand it would take around 15 years for that to come through but I would like to know if I can both work for someone in the US after my masters and go through that company's sponsor process while my brother's sponsor process is happening? Can only one be done?
