Hi! My sister and brother in law are both GC holders but they are not in the states yet and are planning to move in 2022
If their baby is born outside the US, while they're still not citizens and need 3 more years to become American.
Is their baby eligible for the Green Card from the parents? Or they can't give him the Green Card or citizenship until he/she is 18?
