Context: My wife and I recently filed our i-485, i-765, and i-131. USCIS sent their notice of receipt in January, 2021. We are both Canadian citizens and I am currently on an H1-B and she is on an H-4 and we are both residing in the US right now.
Question: My wife recently received a job offer in the US and was going to apply for a TN Visa at the border using this job offer. Can she apply for a TN Visa while our forms are being processed? Will this affect her future ability to open an H4-EAD or greendcard? Thanks for any insight
