Hello, I'm trying to immigrate to U.S. and most of the process is taken care of. I am thinking of enlisting in the U.S. Armed forces and I need the I-551 stamp. I do not understand which green cards are eligible for this? Is every other permanent resident card other than student green card is eligible for this? Any information is greatly appreciated.
