Hi! I have already drafted my cover letter and filled my I-140 as self represent. I am currently on a O-1 Visa and will try the EB1. Anyone has done it?
I'll try without the premium processing, does it take 15 to 19.5 months like the estimate on their website is saying? (https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/) Should I file with form i-485 together?
Any tips are very welcome!
