Questions about F3 visa and risk of getting rejected (complicated situation, aging out, etc.)

Hi there! My situation is quite complicated, so apologies in advance.

When I was around 2 years old, my parents flew to the USA on a tourist visa to visit my grandparents who live there, and my mom was pregnant. She gave birth to my sister there. They never confirmed with me if it was intentional or not, but my sister was given citizenship there, and shortly after, my parents were caught doing this and they said they were not allowed back into the US for a decade.

About 8 years later after my sister was born, my dad asked my grandfather to apply for F3 visas for me and my parents when I was a minor (around 9-10 y.o.). I’m 23 now, and the applications have yet to be accepted/rejected. According to my mom, our applications might be reviewed next year (she checks on a website for estimated dates).

For some reason, my dad forced my mom to apply for a student visa in the US around 2012, and she signed me up as a dependent. It got rejected because my mom couldn’t even answer the interviewer when he asked her what she planned to study (facepalm). Because she got rejected, my parents tell me I got rejected as a dependent too.

I’m not obsessed with the idea of moving to the US like my parents are, but a few years ago, I met my now-boyfriend and he just so happens to be American. He doesn’t want to live in my country (Japan) because he’s not interested in learning Japanese, so he asked me to consider moving to the US with him if we plan on getting married in the future.

I’ve held grudges against my parents due to their previous immigration history, but I don’t want to be angry anymore. I just want to understand what to expect in the future.. so here are the questions I’d like to ask:

  1. Are my parents at risk of getting their F3 visas rejected because of what they did?

  2. Am I still protected by CSPA when it comes to my F3 application or is it no longer valid?

  3. If my F3 visa gets declined because I aged out, does it mean it was rejected or does it all become invalid?

  4. If my boyfriend and I plan on getting married in the future, can I apply for a fiancé/spouse visa? And am I at risk of getting my fiancé/spouse visa denied because my F3 visa was denied?

Thank you and sorry for the long text.

NVC Case FE Review note

Hi everyone, my family and I are under the F3 category and we just received a notice from NVC that our documents have been approved and that we are Documentarily Qualified. My only concern is this message that we received today in addition to the acceptance: " [Name of petitioner] does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p . To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 for a joint sponsor may be submitted." We already have a petitioner and a household sponsor (the household sponsor's income is above the required level), but still unsure why we received this. Has anyone else received this message? All of our documents say "Approved" on NVC. Does this mean we have to find another sponsor? Can we show the consular officer our
