Hi guys, Did any of you had a problem at NVC stage when you filed single for the year you got married. Example: we got married in march, and started her petition last year (2020). For this tax season my tax preparer suggest I file single still. Do you think we will have a problem when the i-130 goes through? Thank you!!!
She lives abroad and never been here in USA.
