I'm (UK national) trying to get a spouse visa for my Brazilian partner. We've been seeing each other for about 3 years but only seeing each in person for about 6 months a year (half in the UK and half in Brazil). Obviously 18 months does not equal 2 years... But once we get to 24 months how can we prove we've been living together during the months we've visited each other? We're both homeowners but don't have bills or anything that are addressed to both of us. Can we apply for a joint bank account maybe? Wouldn't they need to be living in the UK for that? Please help! :'(
