My fiancé is currently out of status.
Previously he was here on a student visa and we have been planning to get married. Our original wedding date was in March but we delayed our wedding due to COVID.
His Indian passport expired and his US ID is also expired.
Do we have any options left beside him returning to India and having me apply for fiancé visa? Is there anyway to get his passport updated?
