Can someone become a citizen been 50% abroad last 5 years.

I have a friend that wants to become a citizen but she's been working abroad...for the last 5 years

She expent most of her time abroad .. 50-60% Over. The last 5 years .....

But she lived her previous 18 years in usa 99% of her life spand.

Can she be qualified to become a citizen...
