I don't have a statement J filed along with my I485 which was filed for EB2 as per the filing date not the final action date. Final action date may take a few months to years to get current. I plan to get a new statement J added once I go to a new employer in a couple of months on EAD via AC21. Will I get my packet rejected intially for the missing statement J or do they validate only when adjudication of I485 when final action date becomes current ?
