My hired my sister's immigration attorney about a month and half ago. She charged her initial fee to my credit card and sent me the receipt. Everything is being done online right now, I sent her all the documents needed through email but she has not replied to my emails and texts. My sister's husband just had an in person meeting with her and said she was too busy right now and that she said it would be impossible for her to start my case at the moment. Is this normal or should I start the process by myself and ask for a refund?
