Contemplating divorce while waiting for I-751 (removal of conditions) to be approved. Weighing options?
Hi all, I'm in need of some advice.
I've (23F) been married to my husband (M24) for 3 years now and I filed my I-751 back in mid-April. The relationship has been really toxic due to his gaming addiction, unfaithfulness, lies, neglect, etc. I honestly have been trying to stick it out for my sake but I'm getting to the point where I just can't take it anymore. I'm unemployed at the moment and he is working, we are living with his parents too. Do y'all have any success stories about filing for divorce before receiving the 10-year GC? I've been thinking of filing for divorce for a bit now and I'm worried about the repercussions that may follow. Thanks for any help.
