I’m going to explain my plan and I would appreciate feedback on if it is possible or not!
I’m currently working in the US on OPT and it expires Jan2021. I plan to apply for the DV lottery in October, leave the US in January and go back home to work and wait to see if I get selected. While living and working in my home country after applying for the DV lottery, will I be back to travel back and forth to the US on a tourist visa? Or will the DV lottery cause red flags when it comes to applying for/using a tourist visa?
