I485 aos - does my translated birth certificate need to be notarized?

Same as the title, does my birth certificate need to be notarized after I get it translated to submitt to USCIS?

And if the answer is yes, who can notorize it? I saw some translation companies provide notorization services as well. Will that be accepted by uscis?
